Responsibilities
Act as a domain specialist in client origination
Build trust-based relationships
Have a passion for business development and collaboration across diverse groups
Work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment
Interface with clients to understand their issues and provide solutions
Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client’s situation and challenges
Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning
Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire
Be an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model. Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Insurance
Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with outsourced / managed services solutions experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing global teams
Preferred
Must have experience within Finance & Accounting in one or more of the following areas: Group Insurance, Personal Insurance, Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Retirement Recordkeeping
