Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with OCC leaders and frontline teams to ensure transparency and open communication
Gather feedback, identify process gaps, and consult across teams to diagnose problems and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and collaboration
Map processes from both technical and operational perspectives; develop documentation including flowcharts, process maps, and visual guides
Facilitate cross-functional sessions to design actionable processes that are practical and aligned with Delta’s strategic goals
Create and deliver executive-level and cross-divisional communications that clearly convey complex information, presenting it concisely and tailored to diverse audiences
Keep stakeholders informed of project status and key updates
Support implementation and process reinforcement through documentation, training materials and face-to-face engagement
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence without authority
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading projects, process optimization, and organizational design
Strong organizational and project management skills, including collaboration, prioritization and adaptability
Process-oriented thinker who drives customer-focused solutions
Facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and achieve win-win outcomes
Strong focus on building team culture and driving collaboration across the organization
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Expertise in industrial engineering, including Lean methodologies, systems optimization, and modeling
Experience in process optimization or a strong analytical background, with proficiency in tools such as SQL and PowerBI
Working knowledge of OCC roles and responsibilities and/or airline operations
