Sales Development Representative
American Elevator Group is a rapidly growing company in the elevator industry, seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage new customers. The SDR will be responsible for coordinating appointments and serving as the initial point of contact for prospects.

Responsibilities
High-volume outbound cold calling
Qualifying and building prospect relationships
Booking appointments between prospects and our Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
Answers incoming calls and communications; determine and assign the priority level of a call
Adeptly uses multi-line telephone system and other communications methods and networks
Asking questions and determining the caller situation via interpretation, analyses, and anticipation
Enter and update information in computer databases
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfort using the telephone as primary means of outreach
Willingness to cold-call and manage resistance
Highly organized with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Ability to learn CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with internal sales teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred
