Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses in Central Kentucky
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the iSAFE Complete team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position iSAFE Complete’s services

Qualification

Sales experienceNegotiation skillsRelationship-buildingIT services knowledgeSelf-motivatedCommunication skills

Required

Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must reside in Central Kentucky and have a strong network or ability to build one in the region

Preferred

Preferably in IT services, technology, or a related field
Familiarity with managed IT services or technology solutions is a plus but not required

Uncapped Earnings: Your income is limited only by your drive and ability to close deals.
Residual Income: Earn commissions for the full initial term of each contract (12-36 months), providing long-term income stability.
