Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday implementations and enhancements
Configure and customize Workday applications to align with client-specific business processes
Design, build, and support Workday integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
Conduct data analysis and create reports using Workday tools to support business decision-making
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users to ensure effective adoption and usage of Workday solutions
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations
Strong experience with Workday connectors, including CCW, PICOF/PECI, and WECI
Proven experience developing integrations using Workday Studio
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
