Responsibilities

Drive Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring effective coordination and stakeholder engagement

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the program lifecycle

Ensure Best Practices Adoption: Identify and implement best practices, leveraging industry expertise and organizational knowledge to optimize program delivery and drive business outcomes

Manage Change Initiatives: Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and initiatives across the organization

Deliver Business Insights: Provide actionable business insights and recommendations, informing strategic decision-making and driving business growth

Must have TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly

5 years managing TS/SCI programs with TS/SCI deployments and workstreams with the US Federal Government

Demonstrated track record of innovation and fluency with current and emerging technological innovation in IT, AI/ML, and US intelligence community

Cross-Functional Program Management: Deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs that support strategic business objectives, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership: Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, and partners, to drive program success and deliver business outcomes

Strategic Planning and Execution: Deep understanding of strategic planning and execution, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and objectives

Best Practices Implementation: Experience in identifying and implementing best practices, leveraging industry expertise and organizational knowledge to optimize program delivery and drive business outcomes

Change Management Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and initiatives across the organization
