Responsibilities
Promote Kuna’s premium products and delivery services to foodservice businesses within your territory
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular onsite visits
Expand market share by developing new accounts and strengthening existing partnerships
Drive awareness and sales of Kuna-branded products
Create and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed sales goals
Manage pricing, ensure payment collection, and maintain credit compliance
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve success
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining customer accounts in your territory
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover new sales opportunities
Promote and educate customers on Kuna-branded products and tailored solutions
Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory goals and company targets
Negotiate pricing, manage collections, and ensure compliance with credit terms
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, customer service, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
6–12 months of sales, marketing, or restaurant industry experience
Valid driver's license
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic business software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Knowledge of foodservice industry trends, products, and supply chain dynamics
Ability to adapt quickly to change and problem-solve in real-time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in foodservice sales, marketing, or restaurant operations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
