Responsibilities

Responsible for responding to house calls in a timely manner

Responsible for completion of operational logs, reports, corrective and preventative work orders

Responsible for handling off-hours shift and weekend calls by contacting necessary hospital staff, coordinating with hospital personnel or by contacting outside service companies

Monitoring hospital equipment—making and logging necessary adjustments

Assist/supervise contractors as necessary when making repairs or working in building

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

5 years of relevant experience 5 to 7 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of chillers and boilers in a 400,000 sq ft commercial, industrial, institutional facility where the chiller plant capacity is 2,000 tons or greater and with a boiler plant of 40,000 lbs./hr. steam capacity
