Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a product management role
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience working at high-growth startups or product-led companies
Technical, analytical, or data-informed background
Customer-centric approach to product development
Comfort working across the full product lifecycle
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
