Responsibilities
Accountable for landscape management, availability, and performance of all SAP systems
Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and procedures
Coordinate with different teams for installation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP systems
Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as necessary
Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems
Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall SAP solution aspects
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team, and service providers
Drive for continuous improvement as a team member
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
At least 5 years of SAP Basis administration experience in large environments
Proficiency in SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting
At least 2 years experience in monitoring and troubleshooting of HANA database
Participation in a minimum of 3-4 implementations of SAP systems
Experience in high availability, disaster recovery, system refreshes, and backup mechanisms
Experience with SAP system upgrades, patches, and installations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical teams
Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with SLT systems on Oracle and S/4HANA (Data Hub)
Ability to configure and manage replication scenarios using SAP SLT
Experience migrating SLT systems from Oracle-based landscapes to S/4HANA Data Hub
