Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of estate and trust administration, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately
Assist with trust funding, including preparation of deeds and coordination with financial institutions for account titling and beneficiary designations
Review estate planning documents for accuracy and consistency
Maintain detailed project management systems and client files to track progress, tasks, and priorities
Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and team members to ensure smooth processes and excellent client service
Support attorneys in organizing client meetings, maintaining tickler systems, and preparing necessary materials

Required
