Responsibilities

Assist in creating instructional materials, adapting content for learners, and designing resources
Support the development or training roadmaps, research, and help evaluating learning effectiveness
Provide administrative support for the LMS platform and contribute to both routine and strategic learning and development initiatives

Required

Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration (with HR concentration) or a related discipline degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines) with Learning & Development classwork, projects, or internship focus
Experience in content authoring tools used to create, organize, and package digital training materials (does not require advanced coding skills) such as Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc. required
Must be able to work continuously throughout the year (Can be part-time while taking classes)
Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations
Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin
Ability to work part-time (20 hours a week) during normal business hours if working while taking classes and within a reasonable commute of the site
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa
A Valid US Driver's license is required
