They are seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of electrical design and collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of electrical design from system requirements through production
Design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal electronics central to product differentiation
Full ownership of schematic capture, PCB layout, board spins, bring-up, and validation (all in-house)
Lead system-level architecture, front-loaded design, modeling, and simulation to reduce iteration
Drive manufacturability, reliability, and long-term product robustness
Collaborate closely with mechanical, firmware, test, and project engineering teams
Support production, quality, and root-cause investigations as needed
Work on active programs including multi-PCB systems, hazardous-location electronics, and next-gen platforms with displays and wireless connectivity
Mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers
Influence electrical standards, design practices, and long-term technical direction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent a MUST
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
Strong hands-on experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design
Experience translating product requirements into system-level electrical architectures
Direct involvement in PCB schematic and layout decisions for performance and noise control
Experience with simulation and design tools (e.g., LTspice, Altium or similar)
Proven board bring-up, validation, debugging, and root-cause analysis experience
Experience integrating electronics into electromechanical systems
Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience while remaining hands-on
