Operator Development Specialist
Grande Cheese Company is a leader in the cheese industry with a commitment to quality and community. They are seeking a Frontline Sales Associate to build relationships with independent pizzerias and Italian restaurants, focusing on business growth and product expertise.

Responsibilities
Developing trust and business relationships with independent pizzerias and Italian restaurants in Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania
Helping operators grow their businesses by demonstrating product expertise, industry insights, and restaurant management best practices
Developing partnerships with Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) to enhance the focus on our products
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong restaurant / small business acumen
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
Ability to use mathematical concepts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc
Preferred
One (1) or more years of related sales experience and/or training in the food industry preferred
Culinary and/or restaurant management experience a plus
Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM and Tableau a plus
