Responsibilities
Build tax and accounting practice tools and back-office functions
Serve as the core relationship manager for clients
Manage workloads and internal processes
Handle client requests
Close sales opportunities
Offer outsourced payroll and other software/hardware solutions
Promote additional services and solutions across the ecosystem of wealth, legal, benefits, and insurance
Qualification
Required
Must be a CPA
Strong expertise in tax compliance and tax preparation
Comprehensive knowledge of tax and tax law
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in a leadership role in tax and accounting within a corporate setting in all financial endeavors
