Workday Financial Integrations Manager
Synergy Interactive is seeking a Workday Financial Integrations Manager to build and maintain enterprise-class integrations across Financial, Human Resources, and Payroll systems. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing integrations to ensure seamless operations while maintaining data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities
Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday and third-party systems integrations
Monitoring and troubleshooting all system integrations, detecting and resolving technical issues
Supporting semi-annual regression testing and collaboration with various teams to enhance integration architecture
Creating and preparing technical design specs and user documentation to ensure quality and consistency in integration processes
Partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, and HR to develop and implement integration enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
7+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 5 years supporting Workday integrations
Expertise in Workday Studio development, XML transformations, XSLT, BIRT, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Extend, and more
Analytical thinker with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think outside the box
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative settings
