Required
Proven experience in Loan Origination and guiding clients through the application process

Proficiency in working as a Loan Officer with deep industry expertise and regulatory knowledge
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with mortgage tools and platforms, with the ability to work in a remote environment effectively
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client cases simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
