Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills for effectively managing multiple communities and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with homeowners, vendors, and board members
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense oversight
Knowledge or experience in property management, community governance, contracts, and compliance monitoring
Proficiency with office software and management tools to facilitate administrative tasks and reporting
Ability to provide effective conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies to address concerns and maintain positive community relationships
Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and ensuring operational excellence
Preferred
Certification in community association management or relevant field is a plus (e.g., CMCA, AMS, or equivalent)
