Responsibilities

Providing support as a Technology Specialist I as needed
Delivering advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems
Working on assigned projects from the IT Support Desk Manager
Performing remote and in-person technical support for team members
Collaborating with Level I Technicians on escalated issues and providing guidance
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system
Assisting with the development and implementation of new support processes and procedures
Escalating issues to and supporting Level III Technicians with root cause analysis
Conducting training sessions to educate end users on new technologies and procedures
Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Other duties as assigned

Required

Strong interpersonal skills both remotely and in person
Ability to communicate with customers effectively and respectfully

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and support fellow technicians

Preferred

Associate degree or related experience preferred
3+ years of related technical support experience
