Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and migrate FortiGate firewalls
Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
Implement and maintain network security controls (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection)
Monitor network health and performance using monitoring tools
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies
Create and maintain network documentation, configurations, and procedures
Support escalations and provide technical assistance as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and migrations
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching
Experience with VPNs, IDS/IPS, security protocols
Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python
Network monitoring and optimization experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred
ITIL knowledge
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling escalations and working with cross-functional teams
