Responsibilities

Supervise billing team to ensure timely, accurate weekly billing

Report on billing status, including unbilled items and budget variances

Host weekly meetings with regional contacts for billing approvals

Develop and enforce billing procedures for audit readiness

Hire, train, and manage billing staff with clear expectations

Maintain service quality and drive process improvements

Support special projects as assigned

Required

High school diploma required
