Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software modules for the product suite
Analyze business requirements and specifications to create detailed implementation designs
Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies and integrate them into the product suite
Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodologies to ensure code quality
Analyze and resolve software-related issues originating from both internal and external customers
Mentor team members in proper software engineering methods and techniques
Review software engineering approaches and solutions to ensure adherence to industry best practices
Manage change control processes, including entering, transcribing, and maintaining information in written and electronic forms
Complete responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan
Execute special projects and other duties as assigned
Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
2-3 years of industry specific experience preferred
Strong understanding of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing
Demonstrated proficiency with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Working knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, or SQL programming skills
Preferred
Healthcare background is nice to have
