Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities since 2012. They are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care services in patients’ homes according to established care plans.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care
Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed
Maintain records and documentation of service
Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient

Qualification

CPR certificationMonitoring vital signsPersonal care assistanceDependable transportationCommunication skills

Required

Current CPR certification
Ability to monitor vital signs
