Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex enterprise-scale engagements across data, analytics, and AI, with a strong focus on Looker implementations and best practices
Architect end-to-end data solutions using Google Cloud technologies like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Dataform/dbt, with Looker as the primary data visualization and modeling layer
Translate business goals into actionable data strategies by working directly with senior client stakeholders
Manage project scope, resources, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
Mentor technical consultants and foster a high-performance, knowledge-sharing culture — including Looker model development and LookML coding best practices
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining alignment and transparency throughout projects
Uphold high-quality standards and measurable business results in all client deliverables
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Looker, including LookML development, semantic modeling, and dashboard design
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform — especially BigQuery, Vertex AI, and dbt/Dataform
Proven success leading data/analytics/AI projects for large enterprise clients — particularly Fortune 1000 companies
A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging both technical teams and C-suite executives
Capable of managing complex projects from scope to execution, while collaborating closely with project managers
A mentor and coach who enjoys supporting the professional development of peers and team members, especially around Looker and modern data stack tools
