They are seeking a Movement Manager – Business & Operations who will be responsible for the ownership, configuration, optimization, and operational reliability of airline movement management software applications, acting as a bridge between airline operations and technology teams.

Responsibilities
Own and manage airline movement management software (e.g., AODB, OCC systems, flight movement control, turnaround management tools)
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of movement-related applications
Manage application configuration, upgrades, patches, and version releases
Work closely with OCC, ground operations, airport teams, and network planning to understand operational needs
Translate business and operational requirements into system configurations or functional enhancements
Support real-time operational decision-making through system accuracy and data integrity
Lead or support implementation of new movement management applications or modules
Manage system integrations with other airline platforms (DCS, crew management, maintenance, airport systems)
Drive change management, user adoption, and process alignment
Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and internal IT teams
Manage SLAs, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis
Act as the primary escalation point for application-related operational issues
Ensure accurate movement data, timestamps, and operational metrics
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for OTP, turnaround time, aircraft utilization, and disruption analysis
Support data-driven operational and commercial decision-making
Ensure applications comply with aviation regulations (DGCA / ICAO / IATA) and airline SOPs
Support audits, data security, and business continuity planning
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or related field
4–8 years of experience in airline operations systems, aviation IT, or movement management applications
Strong understanding of airline operations, OCC processes, and ground handling workflows
Experience working with enterprise airline software solutions
Application lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of airline operational processes
Requirements gathering and business analysis
Incident and problem management
Excellent communication between technical and operational teams
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
