Independently manage a full caseload from intake through trial

Conduct discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts

Draft and argue dispositive and substantive motions

Participate as first or second chair in jury trials

Analyze medical records, staffing data, and regulatory compliance materials

Assist with case valuation, mediation, and settlement negotiations
