Responsibilities

Providing exemplary customer service to residents, guests, and contractors who need assistance

Monitor the state of the building, regarding security, safety, and cleanliness, and general operations conditions

Communicate with appropriate personnel to correct any issues, especially during non-business hours

Follow directions of the Property Manager regarding communication and organization

Use the Property Manager as a resource
