Responsibilities

Lead the tactical development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support the Data Center strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals

Design and deploy an organizational and operational structure for the Data Center business, including the Center of Excellence (CoE), Innovation Lab and Customer Experience Centers

Provide operational leadership for the integration of acquired data-centric businesses, ensuring continuity and alignment with core objectives

Facilitate dotted-line integration across DAA teams (AAP, DDC, Chilldyne, etc.), breaking down business silos and promoting a unified, customer-centric experience

Drive improvements in shared functions (e.g., Legal, Customer Care) to enhance speed-to-market and deliver a differentiated customer experience
