Process Accounts Payable
Assist with Accounts Receivable
Payroll Processing using ADP
Maintain internal financial records
Assist in Bookkeeping activities
Assist with general administrative duties
Assist HR Department as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Full-cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable experience
Experience with preparing and processing payroll
Basic financial record keeping skills
Preferred
Accounting or bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with COI's, W9's, and 1099's preferred but not required
