Senior National Accounts Manager - Strategic Partnerships

The Senior National Accounts Manager - Strategic Partnerships will manage executive-level relationships and drive business development initiatives to maximize premium, profit, and growth objectives within the Strategic Partnerships portfolio.

Responsibilities
Own and manage executive-level (C-suite) relationships with our national carrier, insurtech, and agency, partners
Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Responsible for premium and new business growth by prospecting and managing large, complex national relationships including those with unique structures and/or high GWP
Takes ownership for business development initiatives within existing portfolio to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives while prospecting for new relationships
Develops and executes strategies to build business within the Strategic Partnerships portfolio
Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic partnerships
Drive hunting activities to expand our network and revenue opportunities
Analyze partner performance and recommend actionable improvements
Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
Leverage deep knowledge of personal lines insurance to influence decisions
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with automotive manufacturers and related stakeholders to integrate insurance solutions
Explore innovative distribution models within the automotive insurance space
Actively prospects for new accounts and business development opportunities
Seeks out and identifies accounts where new technology solutions can accelerate growth opportunities
Negotiates, implements and manages large, complex accounts on a consultative basis to provide training, product and services information toward achievement of account goals
Interacts with executives and coordinates account strategies with various stakeholders including Distribution leadership, product managers and underwriting
Builds and maintains account/company relationships in order to maximize product penetration and account sales
Works directly with underwriting and claims and others on issues impacting the account
Develops and maintains market analysis, including competitor information in order to coordinate distribution and product management for potential distribution, product, price and promotion strategies
Maximizes quoting/profiling potential book transfer opportunities
Promotes industry knowledge by coordinating and attending account specific events and participating in and promoting continuing education and other learning opportunities
Maintains current knowledge and understanding of competitive, legislative and regulatory activities impacting the account in order to maintain account compliance with all company and state requirements
Handles special assignments and projects at the direction of executive management
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
7-10 years demonstrated experience in insurance including sales, marketing management, business development, strategy required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
CIC and/or CPCU license preferred
Experience with OEM within the insurance industry preferred
Experience with Digital Partners within the insurance industry preferred
Relationship management experience preferred
