Responsibilities

Own the delivery lifecycle for strategic insurance technology initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes

Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, microservices, and event-driven architectures

Act as the primary liaison between business, technology teams, and offshore partners to align requirements and delivery goals

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and adherence to best practices

Drive transformation from legacy monolithic systems to modern, modular platforms using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Cloud adoption, Agentic transformation and Event Driven framework

Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies to accelerate delivery and improve reliability

Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain

Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-driven insights and workflow automation

Required

Strong understanding of insurance processes, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks

Hands-on experience with AWS or similar platforms

Proven track record in delivering solutions using Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS Serverless stack

Experience leading large-scale programs with distributed teams, including offshore delivery

Advanced proficiency in Java, Python, React, NodeJS, multi-threaded programming, and enterprise integration patterns

Preferred

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent preferred
