This role involves managing communication between branch locations and the recruiting team, assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for nursing professionals.

Responsibilities

Model Angels of Care processes, procedures, and HALOS values in daily work and candidate interactions
Assist with candidate sourcing through various methods, including social media
Schedule interviews and orientations for prospective employees for new and current clients
Perform data entry in required systems and programs
Follow the full cycle of the hiring process to ensure nurses successfully begin their first week of shifts
Partner with recruiters to ensure a smooth, timely, and complete hiring process from first contact to first shift worked
Support candidate flow through the hiring process by managing the applicant tracking system and job boards, as well as actively headhunting nurses

Required

HS Diploma or GED
Career-driven and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others
Outstanding phone etiquette - comfortable speaking with a high volume of candidates daily

Preferred

Experience in an office setting, health-care profession, health-care recruiting, or other related experience preferred
