Responsibilities

You manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations

You develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagement

You spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales opportunities

You provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

You offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans

You manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency

Qualification

Required

Experience in the car rental industry is required

Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs

Successful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred

5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service
