Responsibilities
Accurately executing high volume processing of complex disbursements and distributions
Researching historical activity
Managing relationships with internal business partners
Ensuring absolute compliance with all regulatory requirements of ERISA Law
Managing volumes of disbursement and distribution requests
Understanding the many operational processes within the group
Queue oversight and processing
Researching and responding to internal partner requests
Maintaining quality control and procedures
Creating process improvements
Performing audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations
Coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors
Qualification
Required
Extreme attention to detail
Proficient in multi-tasking
Communicates effectively and professionally with various departments
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred
Minimum of 1 ½ years' experience working within the SRI recordkeeping system, at a depth that allows for creativity in facilitating customer requests that challenges the traditional workflows or capabilities
In-depth knowledge of regulations and plan design which governs processes such as Termination Distributions, In-Service Withdrawals, and Required Minimum Distributions
Creative thought process focusing on continuous process improvement
Ability to interpret client and participant needs
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Retirement industry knowledge/ASPPA designation
Familiarity with IRS Form 1099-R/Banking logistics
College degree or equivalent work experience
