Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive assessments for new business opportunities

Develop and present data-driven recommendations using advanced quantitative modeling and scenario planning

Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution

Represent Paramount in external negotiations, due diligence, and partnership development

Build and maintain strategic frameworks and analytical tools for consistent decision-making

Prepare executive presentations and Board materials that synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable narratives

Execute special projects and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership

Required

12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity, ideally in media, entertainment, or technology

Advanced degree (MBA preferred) with well-developed quantitative and analytical skills

Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI)

Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives and Boards

Willingness to travel as needed for business unit visits and industry events

Preferred

Experience in streaming media, content production, or digital platforms

Familiarity with AI/ML applications in media and content personalization

Relationships across the media/entertainment ecosystem

Knowledge of international media markets and global content strategies
