Responsibilities
Works within close proximity of others
Lifts and carries boxes of parts weighing up to 25 pounds
Identifies part imperfections according to quality specifications
Differentiates between different sizes, shapes and styles of parts
Fulfills the requirements of each position on the racking line including lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel and autoload racking positions during shift
Builds boxes for finished goods as needed
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations
Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
Capable of standing for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Can successfully work in a team environment
Willing to take direction from others
