Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying, pre-qualifying, and calling on new customers and existing customers to increase awareness of company service offerings

Follow-up on to/do items from turnover meetings

Responsible for budgeting, quotes, and asset plans to close sales and maintain an appropriate backlog to support the sales plan

Able to diagnose and explain plumbing issues with customers and address the problem. Provide multiple options based on the customer's plumbing needs and preferences

Responsible for pricing and selling. Prepares and reviews contract terms and conditions using standard contract templates

Responsible for gathering preliminary information via facility walk-throughs, construction plan reviews, and other methods as necessary for pricing preventative maintenance and repairs

Develop, maintain strong client relationships, and establish industry partnerships

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Site visits are required which may include outdoor work, work in mechanical/equipment rooms, exposure to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights and climbing ladders, and other environmental conditions
