Required

Junior or Senior level student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Have taken or plan to take courses in Electromagnetics, Microwave Engineering and Digital Signal Processing
Understand basic Wave Propagation, Transmission Line Theory, and Scattering Parameters
Familiar with high speed interconnect modeling tools such as MATLAB, ANSYS HFSS, Key Sight ADS
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

Students planning to pursue a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
