Business Development Representative- Western Region

They are seeking a mission-aligned Business Development Representative to support their Growth team in the western region by identifying and cultivating partnerships across the justice system, engaging with decision-makers, and representing the brand at events.

Responsibilities

Conduct lead generation and outreach to build a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Engage with court system decision-makers to understand their needs and share Holon’s value
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and broader Growth team to move opportunities through the pipeline
Represent Holon Health at conferences, meetings, and events as a brand ambassador
Maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long-term engagement and partnerships
Track industry trends and provide feedback to internal teams
Embrace and model Holon’s values of inclusion, integrity, and equity
Other duties as assigned

Preferred

Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach preferred
Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, or the criminal justice system is a plus
