Responsibilities
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot equipment that supports manufacturing operations as well as equipment and systems that support the facility
Establish, schedule and perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Procedures
Keep accurate records & logs of all maintenance performed in company’s CMMS
Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts
Support equipment installations and moves
Perform general facility maintenance and installations such as:
Minor building and hardware repairs
Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting repairs & projects
Furniture assembly and relocation
HVAC scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repair
Maintain inventory & schedule routine pickups of Hazardous Waste
Operate building BMS Controls
Comply with established company policies and procedures, objectives, quality programs safety and environmental standards
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops
Train and instruct others on proper preventative maintenance procedures and duties
Organize and maintain Facilities Maintenance Shop
Solicit bids from and oversee contractors involved in repair & projects
Support company & corporate events & meetings
Work overtime, weekends, and/or split shifts to support Operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Perform all necessary duties to ensure the maintenance of Alphatec's facilities
Assist in the execution of the manufacturing support equipment maintenance program
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot equipment that supports manufacturing operations as well as equipment and systems that support the facility
