Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day marketing administrative tasks, including asset organization, campaign tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring the team has what it needs to move fast
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and build or implement AI-powered tools (including GenAI and marketing AI agents) that accelerate content creation, reporting, and campaign execution
Transform key content from events, webinars, and thought leadership into digestible, shareable formats for social media, email, and the website
Assist in the execution of demand generation and ABM campaigns, including email sends, social posts, event logistics, and paid media coordination
Work alongside Sales and external partners to ensure marketing programs align with go-to-market priorities and support pipeline goals
Help bring Straiker's brand to life at industry events, trade shows, and virtual experiences—from logistics coordination to on-site support
Support campaign reporting and performance analysis by pulling data from HubSpot and other tools, helping the team understand what's working
Qualification
Required
1–2 marketing internships or relevant experience in IT, AI, high-tech, or cybersecurity industries
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Adaptable and curious mindset with a genuine interest in learning new technologies, particularly AI (GenAI, AI agents, marketing automation)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity or interest in HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, and emerging marketing technologies
Preferred
Builder Mentality: You're the type of person who sees inefficiency and immediately starts thinking about how to fix it—ideally with automation or AI
Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment where you wore multiple hats and figured things out on the fly
Tech-Forward Approach: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and excitement about applying them to marketing challenges
Content Sensibility: An eye for good design and copy, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels
Cybersecurity Interest: Familiarity with enterprise security or AI/ML markets is a bonus, but we're equally excited about quick learners who want to dive into the space
