Responsibilities

Revamp and optimize company website for usability, performance, and conversions
Improve SEO, site structure, and overall web presence
Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize paid digital ads (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.)
Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools
Make data-driven recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and lead generation
Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all digital channels
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Required

Proven experience in digital marketing, web optimization, or related roles

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Basic graphic design or content creation experience
Email marketing or marketing automation experience
Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools
