Responsibilities

Build, test, implement, and support Email Security and NAC solutions

Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate security alerts and incidents

Manage configurations, policies, and operational activities for assigned security tools

Support escalations, known issues, and out-of-cycle security requests

Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on security technologies

Assist with upgrades, migrations, DR activities, and security hardening

Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge base content

Assist with vulnerability remediation, audits, and compliance activities

Provide training and operational support to team members

Required

4+ years overall IT experience

2+ years cybersecurity experience

2+ years infrastructure experience

Hands-on experience with Email Security tools

Hands-on experience with Network Access Control (NAC)

Hands-on experience with Host-based security & endpoint protection

Hands-on experience with Malware detection & defense technologies

Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL), IBM AIX, Windows Enterprise, macOS

Hands-on experience with Vulnerability & patch management

Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

SSCP (required within 6 months of hire) or relevant cybersecurity / technical certification as defined by the hiring manager

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent related experience

Mandatory skills: Cisco IronPort (Cisco Email Security), Proofpoint, Secure Email Gateway (SEG), FortiNAC and finally Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
