Responsibilities

Operate two CNC HAAS Machines

Maintain maintenance of machinery by keeping coolant and oil at operable levels per maintenance schedule

Responsible for quality of work as well as monitoring and documenting key characteristics of parts as required

Make necessary minor adjustments to program as needed and under direction of team leader

Deburring of own parts if needed to maintain one piece flow

Responsible for complying with the Company Policies and Quality System Standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Age Requirements: 18 years of age

1 year of trained experience and or education is recommended with knowledge of machine codes with regards to application of part

Process Improvement, Functional and Technical Skills, Controls and Instrumentation, Supply Management, Tooling, Coordination, Inventory Control, Attention to Detail, Judgment

Must be proficient with basic math and writing skills

Knowledge and interpretation of Blue Print and Traveler requirements

Understand and carry out oral and written directions

Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

Keen eye hand coordination

Ability to concentrate on small work areas

Ability to perform a variety of tasks and changing assignments on short notice

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, sit, and walk as required

Work with hand held tools for extended periods
