Responsibilities

Reliable financial reporting for entire corporation in compliance with all laws and regulations
Create and deliver timely financial analysis and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities
Identify key risks and opportunities for improvement of financial performance
Lead change and transformation initiatives, driving excellence in translation of strategy into operating model, organization design, risk management, communication, culture and talent retention and development
Collaborate closely with CEO, CFO, Board of Directors and other Executive Committee members to achieve functional and whole company strategic objectives

Required

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Strong presentation skills required to present financial results to management and the ability to influence others
