Bradford White is seeking a Spare Parts Associate who is a key member of the Laars Parts Service Department. This role involves assisting customers with parts identification and improving the Spare Parts capability for all Laars customers.

Responsibilities

Provide primary first line support of all parts related phone calls and e-mail inquiries

Assists customers with LAARS parts identification and verification

Provides input to Customer Service, Quality, and Engineering regarding parts issues

Works to resolve any part number errors and discrepancies in IOM and parts lists

Help update spare parts Data file with new parts or changed part numbers

Send RMA form to customers with warranty or part errors

Keep track of all incoming and outgoing calls

Required

High School Diploma required

1+ years' experience in a Customer Service role

Strong organizational skills

Strong technical/mechanical competency & aptitude

Excellent verbal, written and comprehension skills

Adaptable to an evolving work environment

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Preferred

Technical Degree preferred

1+ years industry experience preferred
