Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business with accuracy and attention to deadlines
Serve as a primary client contact, delivering professional communication and strong advocacy
Handle renewals, endorsements, service requests, claims coordination, billing, and new policy processing
Maintain working knowledge of carrier markets, appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures
Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate renewal timelines and required information with department leadership
