Responsibilities
Support recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting candidates through the hiring process
Manage daily operations of the employment center, including new hire processing
Handle calls, maintain compliance with employment documentation, and ensure accurate data entry
Assist with staffing levels, pre-employment checks, and HR projects
Represent the company at recruiting events and help foster a positive work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum age: 18
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
