Responsibilities

Translate & Disseminate: Turn complex technical construction schedules into clear, accessible FAQs, fact sheets, and public notices
Collaborate: Partner with Project Managers and Operations teams (Terminal, Airfield, and Public Safety) to align logistics and minimize public impact
Manage Outreach: Track public inquiries and complaints, escalating sensitive matters and maintaining stakeholder trust
Report: Provide critical project updates for the Executive Team and Airport Development leadership

Required

At least 10–15 years in stakeholder communications, preferably within airport or complex building programs
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), Canva, and email marketing platforms like Benchmark
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Engineering, or Planning)
The ability to move between a fast-paced office environment and occasional site visits to support time-sensitive outreach
