They are seeking an Administrator / Receptionist to ensure all reception and administrative activities are carried out efficiently while providing outstanding customer service to clients visiting the Bupa centre.

Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming customers
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing emails
Maintaining a well-presented reception and waiting areas
Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit
Ensure all customer details are correct, customers have arrived, appointments booked, changed, and rescheduled, where applicable
Collect post, open, date stamp, distribute, and post outgoing post
Working as part of a team
Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Deliver an outstanding customer service by being friendly and welcoming
Well organised, reliable and have a proactive attitude
Computer literate
Preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
